This process plant is configured to operate continuously at approximately 2300tpd and produce a silver-rich lead concentrate, zinc concentrate and gold doré for sale. The flowsheet will comprise of pre-concentration, grinding, continuous gravity, sequential flotation of lead, zinc with filtration and transport of those off-site for sale. The third flotation step includes production of a gold-rich sulphide concentrate. This concentrate will be combined with the gravity concentrate and oxidized under pressure, followed by gold recovery and dore production using proven leaching processes.
